 Bone Marrow Appy
These were wonderful, I apologize for the last (money pic) turned out blurry. 4 bones yielded enough marrow for about 8 toasts. I will also mention that it is very rich, so if you eat more than 3 or 4, you will ruin dinner.... or at least I did. So no turkey for me tonight! Oh, when roasting your bones, make sure you have a deep pan, I had almost 1/2 cup of grease in the pan by the time the baking process is done. This is really good and I will do again. I forgot the link!!! http://www.thehungrymouse.com/2010/02/17/roasted-marrow-bones/

Really nice Sattie!! I remember eating those as a kid at my grandmothers'. They were always soooo good. I'll have to look for them.

LOL Chow... when I originally posted this, I forgot the link. I guess when I type, I try to type just like I would be speaking to you person to person, so if I think it, I type it!
They are very decadent... I'm sure the 2 miles I ran tonight did not even make a dent in them. Wished like hell that the last picture was better!!!

 Re: Bone Marrow Appy
After I posted I saw where this was a new thread. I think I got the link where we were talking about these before... in a dinner thread maybe.
Hey, did you do anything with the pan juice?
