It just says stone oven baked bread on the label, it's a fairly white bread, mostly wheat. We eat white bread for weekends and whole grain on weekdays.

We started the morning out with Smoked Salmon Bennie;
then with the other kids showing up The Mrs went out and
got bagels and Matt started over with a bagel and lox buffet.
