Post Cook-along!
Ok, lets give this a whirl. I'm thinking friday for this one. Maybe I will have a tomato or 3 ready by then. :)

I had Chicken Caprese at Olive Garden a long time ago and always wanted to try it myself. My basil is ready to start being cut so I'm ready!

Oooh! I already have plans for Friday. I could maybe do it on Thursday. I think this doesn't all have to happen on the same night.

I would make it on Friday, but we are going out with some visiting friends. I guess I could post it late Friday afternoon.

Well are you allowed to make a similar variation of the recipe say using pork cutlets or such...?

either that or if this is going to be a regular thing those who are unable to participate can just sit this one out and drool over your dishes and join in the next round :)
