Suzi, you should probably get close to 30, give or take.

I would cut the filling recipes in half but.........you can also freeze the fillings to use another time if you wanted to make the full recipe.

LOL........those are definitely on my list for this weekend!

One other thing........You can save some of the potato water and use that for the water in the dough. I remember my grandmother doing that. Keep back about a cup, give or take.
