 Spicy Chinese Cucumber SaladFound here and seemed to fit the bill for RR9, but don't ask me why it's Chinese... http://userealbutter.com/2009/04/04/spicy-chinese-cucumber-salad-recipe/ IMO it takes more than ingredients to stamp the dish with a label, but what do I know
 Scroll half way down to get to the recipe.My pics, but hers are much better  And it is very refreshing, but I would probably leave out the chili next time. Attachments:
