 Snapper Puttanesca
I'm not big on foil packet grilling... I like to see what I'm cooking, but this sounded so easy I gave it a try. One of Sam Zien's recipes, found here http://www.thecookingguy.com/cookbook/recipe.php?id=548If I were to do anything differently next time it would be to season the fish more, maybe with some Greek seasoning, lemon zest or something. On its own it didn't have much taste, but a little bit of fish along with any of the other ingredients on the fork and it was a very delicious bite of food. I cooked it at med/hi heat direct and 13 minutes was just right. Here's the pics.

That looks really good. I love those kinds of meals.......all in one and no clean-up!

Thanks Steve. I'm turning into a big fan of kalamata olives to jazz things up

 Re: Snapper Puttanesca
I'm a big fan of foil meals and especially when we go camping. This is one we'll try over the coals the next time we go to the North Island (Vancouver Island) We love puttanesca and use bucatini for the macaroni - I'll be doing a vegitarian version for Christmas dinner and my #3 son is a veggie.
