I do, if I have a whole can of olives to slice or a pint of cherry tomatoes. LOL You can do 12-24 at a time depending on what your cutting.

Great one Barb!

I like to keep unwaxed dental floss in the kitchen. It comes in handy for so many things. I use it to slice cheese, cinnamon rolls and I've even been known to truss a bird with it if I'm out of butcher's twine!

I thought of this at Thanksgiving and forgot to post it. CRS ya know!

For the holidays we always have candles on the dining table and sometimes the wax will drip on the tablecloth. Just take a hot iron and iron a piece of brown paper bag over the spot. Keep moving the bag around as you start absorbing the candle wax. It also works on carpets or clothes.

FYI....I made a pumpkin pie Sunday and as usual I skimmed over the recipe and got all the ingredients out and realized I didn't have any evaporated milk. Well I thought I did but it was sweetened condensed. The darn cans look alike. lol Anyway I looked on line and found a substitute for evaporated milk. So if you're ever out just add 2/3 cup non-fat dry milk with 3/4 cup water. Mix it well. It worked like a charm!! No taste difference whatsoever.
