 smoked meatloaf ....
i do not measure ingredients ... i just add what looks like enough .. with that said .. once you smoke a meatloaf you will never want to cook one in the oven again .. i like to use .. green peppers, onions, 1 and 1/2lbs ground beef .. 1/2lb ground breakfast sausage .. A1 sauce, mustard, ketchup and bread crumbs .. i like to use fresh bread for it ..garlic, hot sauce .. and a egg .. this was smoked over pecan and oak .. pecan is becoming my favorite wood for smoking .. 225° for 2 and 1/2 hours ...

The meatloaf looks really good! Great photos Steve!! I love the action shot of the ketchup and the egg drop......

 Re: smoked meatloaf ....
Very nice Steve. I like pork in my meatloaf, too, but never thought of using breakfast sausage. Great idea. I might give this a go my next Q. Thanks
