Post Rack of lamb/lamb chops
I picked up a rack of lamb for DH. It's got 8 chops. He loves lamb and I can take it or leave it. How should I prepare and cook it??

It depends how much hassle you want. Ideally, you French trim the bones, that is remove the meat and fat from the top of the bones. You then can marinade and roast it. You can even stuff them, by making it into a crown.

This website offers a few options: http://uktv.co.uk/food/stepbystep/aid/599654

Thanks for that site Ray. I'll be looking it over, looks like some good options.
The bones are already french trimmed.

I always liked the looks of when they make it into a crown with the stuffing in the middle. Very fancy.

That does look neat when it's stuffed and made into a crown. I don't think this one is big enough.

Yeah, I think they usually use two to make a crown.

That's a beautiful piece of meat. I've never cooked a whole rack, but this one sure looks good:

The recipes that I've used from her site have always been good.

Thanks Cooksie! Another one to consider.

I should have DH look over the recipes and let him choose since he'll be the one eating it. lol
