Ash Wednesday Dinner, 2/22

Do you? We'll be having some kind of fish tonight, I just haven't decided what yet. lol Probably with brown rice and asparagus. Hmmmmm maybe crab stuffed flounder........ _________________ It takes 42 muscles in your face to frown. It only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and smack someone upside the head.

I've been trying to cut the fat around here so I have been avoiding making it for awhile..... but I thought, DUH, I've been cutting quite a bit in things by using evaporated milk in place of cream..... why not alfredo? I'm gonna give it a whirl.

I was beat so we went to The Ram = I had a loaded burger and she had a disappointing low cal shrimp dish. We split about a cord and going back for more. I hope my knee can stand up to it as there must 4-5 cords of oak and he's giving it all to me. $$$$
