 Monday's Meal, 2/20
I believe we're going to have pork picatta. Probably broccoli and either rice or pasta of some kind.
What will you be making?

 Re: Monday's Meal, 2/20
We're having the vegetable soup and I will heat up a salmon patty. I was cleaning out the refer as I was making jam yesterday and threw out my tartar sauce. Now I need it - isn't that the way it goes?
I was wanting chicken but she is doing several days of veggie stuff.
I need to get serious about losing a few pounds before I get the knee done so veggie soup wouldn't hurt me either.

Right now it's a toss up between pan fried battered fish and salad- OR spaghetti and garlic toast.

A fish fry sounds good - next Friday and going out for fish and will call Cabrini to see if they're doing their fish fry's this year and if not will go to Dukes. I have ling cod in the freezer and would be better served to do my own, methinks.

 Re: Monday's Meal, 2/20
I have 2 ideas but they both require going to the store. I didn't want to stop with all 3 monsters with me so I'll go tomorrow....
so in a nutshell, for today, I haven't got a clue whats for dinner! I will ponder it while cutting up peppers, making hummus, and separating my 5 lbs of shredded mozzarella......

http://www.bettycrocker.com/recipes/ita ... m=bisquick potpie or pizza&fv=AND&ps=9#%23%2F%3Fterm%3Dbisquick%2Bpotpie%2Bor%2Bpizza%26fv%3DAND%23HasGridViewImage%3ATrue%23%26pi%3D1%26ps%3D9&pi=9#%23%2F%3Fterm%3Dbisquick%2Bpotpie%2Bor%2Bpizza%26fv%3DAND%23HasGridViewImage%3ATrue%23%26pi%3D1%26ps%3D9&fv=AND I found this on the back of the Bisquick box last minute. Sounded ok, but it wasn't very good......I used pepperoni instead of chicken. oh well. I used up the rest of the box that was bothering me.
