The Mrs does the cauliflower in the microwave when she makes
the smashed dish. It doesn't need water but could use more butter.

Here is her veg soup and a saukraut with apple and seeds.

My sirloin and Tin Potatoe were excellent. The apple smoked
bacon really make the potatoe.
