Post Need some creative ideas....
on a bag of shredded coleslaw mix. I bought it for a recipe and forgot what I was going to make with it....I know, CRS! I want to use if before it goes bad but don't want to make coleslaw.....

Any great ideas??

its just cabbage and carrots right .. i havent bought a bag of that stuff in a long time ...
i would say some sort of salad ...

could you use it in egg rolls?

or some kind of wrap?

Yep, just cabbage and carrots. I wish I knew what I bought it for. lol

Eggs rolls!! I've been meaning to try my hand at those. Good idea, thanks Steve! I think I'll try them tomorrow as I do have egg roll wrappers in the freezer.....
