 Re: Goat kid meatIt's hard to compare it to anything other than lamb, maybe a bit milder, and this was very tender. But since I made a more greek styled dinner which isn't comparable to the traditional norwegian lamb recipes I usually do I'll have to do a more traditional dish next time to really be able to compare it to what I'm used to.

Re: Goat kid meat I have always LOVE goat! I would also compare it to lamb and could be quick tender if cooked prperly!
I mostly would add mine to soups and stews.
