 Hump Day Dinner, 2/15
What's going to be on your plates tonight?? I'm looking for something easy tonight......just don't know what yet. I have no appetite for anything specific. I'm in a rut!

The Mrs has her sorority gathering tonight in Redondo Beach so will bring me home leftovers from the Italian buffet. It's pretty good. Breakfast was eggs and toast so I'm set.
Am thinking about making a meatloaf but that won't be till Sunday. The rest of the weekend is covered.

We just had a quick dinner of leftover spaghetti and meatballs and veal parm with a side salad. Attachment:

Looks good Barb! I made spaghetti marinara and Italian sausage for supper. It was that or a big sirloin roast. I had a big lunch yesterday, so I went for the lighter supper.
