I haven't had lobster in so long.....that sounds soooo good!
The rug is gorgeous JW! I really like the colors....

We like it because it isn't the traditional mosque type that is so prevalent in Persian style carpet - we have that in our dining room, one I got in Tunisia. It feels nice when you walk on it, too. I don't wear shoes on it but imagine that will soon change. I'd like to get the Paki rug but have no place to put it.

 Re: Valentine's Day Dinner, 2/14
We've become believers!! I made salmon tonight and both DH and I loved it. We also had brown rice, broccoli and a salad. This is the recipe I used and did do it on the grill.. http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/bobb ... index.htmlI'll be buying it again and trying some of the other recipes you guys posted. Thanks Steve for this one! Attachment:

 Re: Valentine's Day Dinner, 2/14
I made a lobster roll with Kraft mac and 4 cheeses on the side, added 8 oz. of Barilla mac, extra milk, butter, 1.5 cups shredded Cuba NY Sharp Cheddar, and a can of crab meat. It was a hit withe The Valentine Girl. Also got creme brulee for dessert.
