I eat raw fish, too.

When we get a fresh caught king salmon I'll grill the
front 1/3 where it is the thickest and make sure it
comes off the grill rare. It is soooo good. What's
left goes in scrambled eggs, quiche, or patties.

Barb, that filet was so tender you could almost cut
it with a fork. The Buck steak knives make short work
of it. The bacon was apple smoked bulk bacon from
Hempler and, coming off the grill, is the best.

Did this steak last night. Only ate half so will save the rest
for hash.

I had a nice day with no rain so figured it would be best to
grill a steak - T-Boys has petit sirloin on sale for $4.99 a
pound so got one that was 1.25 pound but don't see what
was petit about it. It came of the grill rare and was excellent.
I grilled it with charcoal and mesquite and cherry wood for
smoke. The Tin Poratoe was one of the best, too. The apple
smoked bacon makes it.
