Does it matter what kind of rice you use??

It's really gluey, and would stay clumped up. I use plain white rice. _________________ What about breakfast? You've already had it. We've had one, yes. What about second breakfast?

We use it for a meal with a heavy gravy (beef, not that Italian stuff ) where minute rice can't stand up to the duty.
