All the suggestion sound wonderful. I want to try the Hasselback Taters. The Roasted Parmesan-Creamed Onions and the Mushroom Gratin sound really good also.

There was a recipe in our paper this morning for a beets and carrots with goat cheese that really sounds good. Let me know if you'd like the recipe..

Dang, the stuffing is mil's forte or this would be awesome!! I may have to try this at christmas though those onions look really good though!! Have you tried this recipe Dee?
