 Re: Soft-boiled eggs??
Hi everyone ! I love soft boiled eggs with buttered toast. I used to put them in egg cups, behead them and eat with a small spoon. But now after acquiring much wisdom I cook them till soft boiled, behead and scoop the contents over a slice of buttered toast. Salt and black pepper is also important. The magic number is 3 minutes in boiling water. ( runny )

Hey, Peter!! How are things going with you?? Your way sounds good too! I definitely have to have the buttered toast. I have a feeling I'm going to be making alot of eggs in the next few days.

Good to hear! Try not to be such a stranger. I really would have liked to have seen that. I've never had Moussaka but by the recipes I've seen it sounds like something I'd really like.....
