That salad sounded pretty yummy Barb. How did it turn out??

My all time favorite place to go for a salad (summer or anytime lol) is Cafe Max..especially for the chicken salad. Here's a pic....

I wish you could try it! I think you would really enjoy it. There's only 2 of those cafes in all of Texas!! :(

Oooo throw in some pecans & green/red apples, i bet it would set it off!!! :drool:
