That salad sounded pretty yummy Barb. How did it turn out??
My all time favorite place to go for a salad (summer or anytime lol) is Cafe Max..especially for the chicken salad. Here's a pic....

Maybe I should give it a try. Damn camera, batteries, sd card, computer whatever it is. lol. I wish you could try it! I think you would really enjoy it. There's only 2 of those cafes in all of Texas!!
