Post Chimichurri sauce?
Does anyone have a good recipe? I was thinking of making this to top the flat iron steak with. I've never had it before but it sounds good to me. I'd rather use a tnt recipe.

Is it too late? My dad made one awhile ago I really liked.... And I dont like to mess with much of anything on my grilled beef! Ill see him friday and ask..

Sorta, I made the steak Tues. :lol: That's okay.......post the recipe when you get it....I can use it another time, maybe on a London broil.
