You've got to try them Steve! They are soooo good. lol

I've only ever had them in a restaurant. Most of the recipes seem to be pretty similar......cream cheese, crabmeat (even the fake stuff), green onions and deep fry all seem to be the norm. Some have added stuff and I'm just not sure which would be the best. They seem fairly easy to make...

I LOVE Crab ragoon! But I have noticed no two are alike at different restaurants even though they basically all have the same ingredients. I like when they have pretty much equal amounts of cream cheese to crab meat. One place near me you are hard pressed to find the crab meat inside. I love cream cheese but they over do it IMO.
I would just keep it basic and simple, mixing crab meat and softened cream maybe a hint of garlic powder and salt/pepper, seal in wonton skins and deep fry.

Oh and sorry I don't have a TNT recipe since PJ is allergic to all shellfish so I have never bothered to make it for just myself. I just order it when we are out for Chinese :)

Thanks Dee! I'll probably give it a go sometime this weekend. You're right about the cream cheese.........too much is awful. I'll just play around with the seasonings and see what I come up with. lol

Definitely with the potstickers.......and the zucchini cigars too. We can go all out!!
