Good looking wings!
What does refrigerating them after coating do?

Those are the best breaded & deep fried wings I've ever seen. And just the other day I was wondering how lemon pepper would be on the wings if I was also going to use chipotle in adobo... I should have gone for it.
Very nice.

rob, it helps the flour stick to the chicken .. i didnt get a pic when they came out of the fridge.. but it almost looks like a batter then .. a really light one .. thanks everyone .. chow .. i have been doing the lemon pepper since i saw the neelys make wings on FN .. they also use cinamon ... i tried that once but it was a bit overpowering ..

i should add .. i will only make these in my turkey fryer ... it is the only thing that seems to be able to stay hot when you add the food .. and they cook up really nice ..
