Post Stuffed Mushrooms
This is a recipe my sister-in-law gave me.

Ingredients
Fresh, large mushrooms, stems removed and chopped
1 lb. sausage
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
2 T. parsley flakes
garlic, minced (to taste)
salt
pepper
1 cup cheddar cheese

Preparation
Cook altogether mushroom stems, sausage, W. sauce, parsley, garlic, salt, pepper and cheese. Stuff into mushroom caps.

Bake 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
Enjoy!

Airrooms......I mean airmail...sorry...please send some.

I love those things.

I usually stuff them with crab meat, but that is another room thread.
