 basic spicy peanut sauce
1/2 cup natural-style creamy peanut butter(crunch if you wish) 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce 1 tablespoon fish sauce 1 small garlic clove, mashed to a paste 1 teaspoon chile-garlic paste 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil Juice of 1 lime 1/4 cup water splash of sherry wine you can add black or white sesame seeds if desired
microwave and keep mixing it up.

Is this a real thick sauce? This sounds like it would also be good on a salad.

if i dont buy my thai peanut sauce, i use this one...works great for a dipping sauce for spring rolls,egg rolls etc etc
