# 4 pork chops or 4 pork steaks, any size
# 1 (18 ounce) can creamed corn (2 cans if your corny)
# salt and pepper
# garlic salt

These sound different!
I've also seen a couple more recipes for them smothered in creamed corn and using paprika,green onions and bread crumbs as well.
I might do this, and add fresh minced garlic instead.

yeah, but this dish is going to be loaded with fresh garlic when I make it, and the finished product will hopefully look mindblowingly delish and YUMMY! :? :lol:

I'd substitute chicken broth/stock for the water, but that's me ;)
