Post Funeral potatoes??
Does anyone have a tnt recipe for these? They're the ones made with frozen hashbrowns. I need to make them for my grandsons' b-day party Saturday and all the ones I've seen are all different. lol

I hope you find it.

They did have Cream soups but some were chicken, some celery, some of both........awwwkkkk I was actually thinking of putting the french fried onions on top instead of the cornflakes (cuz I don't have any. lol). Do you think that may work?

I have it! :D But we call them party potatoes

PARTY POTATOES

3/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup or Cream of Chicken soup
2 lbs. Potatoes O'Brien (hashbrowns with peppers and onions)
salt and pepper, to taste
2 cups corn flakes

Mix 1/2 cup melted butter, shredded cheese, sour cream, can of soup, potatoes, salt and pepper in a greased 9x13-inch pan. Mix remaining butter with corn flakes and put on top of mixture.
Bake at 350°F for 1 hour

I think I've had those.
A few weeks ago when my neighbor put out that huge spread there was some kind of potato casserole there with cereal in it (or on it). After looking at that recipe, I'll bet that was it. Damn tasty
