 ??? For flavored dipping oils
I bought some mixed spices/herbs that you combine with olive oil to dip bread in. It was really good. It was for a fundraiser so it was worth the price. lol What are some good combinations to mix together? I'd like to have a few on hand. I could make a meal out of a loaf of french bread and the dipping oil. Yuummm

Re: ??? For flavored dipping oils
if you have a middle eastern store near you they sell a delish blend called zaatar.....its often thyme, seseme seeds, sumac ( that red seasoning I gave you) and a touch of salt I think....soooo good with bread dipped in oil and then that also wonderful with mozzarella balls or slices with the herbs on top!! I have a recipe for the zaatar too but we just buy big bags of it when we see it, it lasts forever in the freezer!
