What do you cook using thyme?

Homecook Joined: Fri Jan 15, 2010 9:29 am Posts: 12492 Location: My own little world	What do you cook using thyme? I've got a huge thyme plant. I'd like to use it in a dish fresh. I've already dried a ton of it. What recipes do you have that uses thyme?? _________________ It takes 42 muscles in your face to frown. It only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and smack someone upside the head.

I often use it fresh when roasting chickens in combination with lemon and garlic.
