More great ideas........thanks Cal!! I have used it on my focaccia, I had forgotten about that. Please do post the potatoes au gratin recipe. I love potatoes!! lol It sounds like chicken is the common use for it.

I've used rosemary, thyme and black garlic on my focaccia before. I should make some today. lol Those potato recipes sound great........I think I'm going to be doing some shopping this week.

The herb-infused potatoes also reminded me of the swedish hasselback potatoes. The roast chicken is a definite must.
