I've got a couple recipes picked out..........it's just deciding which one. lol Or maybe I'll make two.

Is no one going to do the RR this week??? I'm waiting for DH to feel a little better but I was hoping someone would try something!

I looked up a few recipes, but nothing really jumped out at me. We don't have any wine in the house either so I'll have to buy some if the recipe calls for wine.

The only beef I have is flank and Im having a hard time finding a recipe that will work well with it

I saw a recipe the other day that used stew beef, carrots, onions and cloves, bacon and olives, but since I can't stand olives, I decided making it without wouldn't be authentic, so I'll pass.
