I would participate but I don't think there is anyone that would go near a beet dish with a 10 foot pole in my house! lol Yours looks pretty though Barb!

I've got one of those ten foot poles myself when it comes to beets I try to stay away from food that stains. It's bad enough grease does

If you roast or boil them with the skins on they don't stain much. You use a paper towel to peel them. You sissies!! Thanks Dee!
