Here is my entry for the RR... this is pretty good except that I would use a pasta that is easier to toss.... like bowtie or even egg noodles. Anyhow, not sure how you quantify if it is an Australian pasta dish, but it came up in my search. I really liked this. http://australianfood.about.com/od/vegetables/r/KumaraPasta.htm

Just wanted to add, Lord forbid we do Australian / chicken dish, because there is only one freakin dish that is made apparently! LOL! You will see what I mean, just search!
