I found the McCormick Recipe Inspirations Spanish Chicken Skillet recipe/spice card when I went shopping the other day. Would that count?

Funny you say that Peeps. In my search of recipes, that came up a couple times. I guess if the spices are Spanish it would count. You would just have to check to see how authentic it is.

lol, I found it to. I would say if it says Spanish, it is Spanish. Who are we to argue with McCormicks? Heck, I may just serve some mcnuggets on Spanish rice a roni for my second entry

This is cool! Spanish chicken dish? Well, I have some chicken breasts in the freezer I think, and some Rotel tomatoes, some rice and just about any herb or spice that would go well in a spanish chicken dish. Looking forward to making something for this!
