Here is my entry for this RR. I researched it to make sure it was suitable as a Spanish dish and it most definitely is!  (Fred  ) Chicken Enmoladas with Mexican (  ) sopa. topic1139.html

Me?  I'm not the only person who feels some of the entries have been a bit... dubious (just the most vocal) It looks great!

Thank you Barb & Fred! The most vocal is correct  but before I was stuck with no answers in case you had a question..I researched it,lol. I was a little confused with the whole Spanish/Mexican thing but I made it through this one successfully, I think.

I think there is a LOT of overlap in some of the cuisines from what I've been reading. Especially that whole Mediterranean region,

i searched for spanish chicken recipes for an hour tonight ... seems spanish went all the way from mexican to mediterrean(SP) the only thing i found in common was paprika in some sort or another ... great looking food everyone ..
