Post Smoked Chile Coleslaw
I just bought a jar of Hellman's mayo today and on the lid was a little recipe booklet. This is a recipe that sounded really good to share.

Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 T. chipolte peppers in adobo sauce
2 T. fresh lime juice
2 T. honey
1 tsp. ground cumin
salt and pepper
1 medium head green cabbage, shredded
2 large carrots, finely shredded
1 small onion, halved and thinly sliced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Preparation
Combine mayo with next five ingredients to blend. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.

Yep, that sounds good. And only 30 minutes refrigeration required. Something you could throw together rather quickly.
