 Smoked Chile Coleslaw
I just bought a jar of Hellman's mayo today and on the lid was a little recipe booklet. This is a recipe that sounded really good to share.
Ingredients 1/2 cup mayonnaise 2 T. chipolte peppers in adobo sauce 2 T. fresh lime juice 2 T. honey 1 tsp. ground cumin salt and pepper 1 medium head green cabbage, shredded 2 large carrots, finely shredded 1 small onion, halved and thinly sliced 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Preparation Combine mayo with next five ingredients to blend. Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving.

 Re: Smoked Chile Coleslaw
Yep, that sounds good. And only 30 minutes refrigeration required. Something you could throw together rather quickly.
